Artists

The Indian Fine Arts Society (IFAS) is a non-profit organization, registered under the Ministry of Social Development in the Kingdom of Bahrain. IFAS is one of the oldest organizations in Bahrain (since 1974), with the main objective of the Society being promoting pure arts and Culture in the forms of music, dance, drama etc.

For over five decades, IFAS has been spreading the message of love and brotherhood beyond boundaries through promotion of arts and culture. We endeavor to present soul filling music, vibrant classical dances, painting, drama and other forms of classical arts.

Our past events were enlightened by some of the high profile finest artists of Indian from across India. 

In recognition of IFAS' commitment to promote classical arts, Indian Embassy has designated IFAS to represent India at the International Music Festival in Bahrain on several occasions.  As we enter the 50th year of our inception, we will be presenting art lovers with a variety of programs starting November 2023.

The year 2024 marks an important milestone in our journey as we enter the 50th year (Golden Jubilee) of our organization. As all of you know, IFAS is in its 50th Year of establishment and we are delighted to  line up programmes comprising visual and music content to quench the thirst of music and art lovers  in the Kingdom of Bahrain.  IFAS is very popular in being  the pioneer organisation promoting  classical music , dance and arts in the kingdom of Bahrain.  As always, We seek your support and cooperation in making this year also a memorable one.

We will be flagging this year by paying homage to the father of classical Music Saint Thyagaraja titled "Thyagarajotsavam - 2024" to be held on Friday, 02nd February, 2024 at Ashrafs Hall, 6th Floor, Hoora from 6.00 pm.

Similar to any not for profit Organization, we seek sponsorship to promote such high profile events and without which it would be impossible from the meagre membership fee alone we collect once in a year.  Besides, due to the diversified attendees of our events, promoting your products and services would certainly attract the attention of decision makers in the corporate world.
