Rules/Terms and Conditions

1. Strictly no registration, no entry.
2. The event will be held in two sections:Part 1 (2 pm to 3 pm) and Part 2 (3:30 pm to 4:30 pm).
3. The event registration is open to participants of all nationalities.
4. The competition duration will be one hour only.
5. Participants may apply henna to one hand or bring a single individual to serve as a model for the henna hand design.
6. Team members should arrive at the competition venue 30 minutes in advance to avoid any delays.
7. If participants arrive late for the competition, no extra time will be allotted to them.
8. Participants are required to bring their own henna kit.
9. If a team is found replicating the design from a mobile device or any other source, they will be immediately disqualified.
10. Disqualified candidates who did not receive their registration fee will not be refunded.
11. Registered candidates who did not attend the event day will not receive a refund of their registration fee.
12. Food from outside is not permitted within the premises.
13. Children are strictly prohibited from entering the competition hall.
14. Our esteemed judges will select the winners based on the creativity and uniqueness of the henna design.
15. The winners will be contacted directly to collect the prizes, and their announcement will be made later on our social media.
16. The distribution of the winners' prizes will take place the day after the event.
